Hours & Refreshments

All training classes are from 9am to 4:30pm.  Refreshments and snacks are provided.

Hotel Accommodations

Within 7 days of the class date you will receive a confirmation letter that includes information about the training location. You are responsible for reserving your own accommodations and transportation to and from the training class.

Rescheduling

A rescheduling fee of $50 will be charged if you reschedule a class date, and the request is made less than 10 days before the originally scheduled class.

Participant Cancellations

Fees are refundable up to 10 working days prior to the first day of the class; 50% of the class fee will be charged for cancellations up to 3 days prior to the first day of the class.  Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the class and schedules that fail to attend forfeit 100% of the class fee.  To ensure credit for early cancellation, obtain your cancellation number by contacting the Training department at 800-551-6875.

Class Cancellations

Perryman & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a workshop no later than 7 working days before the start of the class.  If the class date you have chosen is full or cancelled, P&A will contact you to reschedule.

Registration

Perryman & Associates, Inc. must receive pre-registration and full payment prior to the class start date, in order to assure your placement in the class.
